Getting flashes of coldness? [Archive]

Sometimes I get jittery and feel really cold and tense indoors when everyone else is fine around me, im assuming this is anxiety?

Hi,

Yes I get this too, I shiver so badly even though I'm wrapped in blankets, it's due to the adrenaline that is being constantly pumped through our veins as anxiety sufferers, even when we feel calm/not worried. It's nothing to worry about unless it's constant 24/7 but a quick appointment with your doctor will be able to sort it if it was 24/7. Had this for about two months now.
