Hello from the West Midlands

Hello everybody.

I used to post on here a few years ago and was helped through a very difficult time by people on this forum, particularly a lady named Becca (sorry, I can't remember her username). I've just tried to log in and can't remember my details, so I've re-registered.

I have been diagnosed with anxity and have recently started medication for this. I also have confirmed IBS. My doc also thinks I have fibromyalgia but I think it is my anxiety causing tension and pain.

I'm looking forward to chatting with you all.
