Earlier today about 15:30 i had to stand outside the car for about 5-8 minutes in the cold Yorkshire wind with two jackets on and no coat and i'm really worried i have hypothermia now, I've put on several layers and the heating is on but despite feeling quite warm i still feel a shiver slightly when i move around, is it possible to catch bad hypothermia in a short time frame? Or am i being silly? My legs have warmed up a little more now x
