Hello from south east England!!!

Hi everyone, I just today stumbled across this site due to my anxiety problems which have been ongoing for quite a few years now. I currently suffer from GAD, some heath anxiety (kind of related to IBS) and currently have a poor social life (something I am looking to improve on going into next year) so I'm looking for some friends where we could help each other out and just talk I guess. :)
