So 3 weeks ago was in the er with heart palpatations found out I was severely anemic and was given 2 transfusions. Scariest moment of my life and has sent my health anxiety through the roof. I’m still having several heart palpatations through the day, ekg normal at ER as well has cardiac enzymes. I also get these weird sensations of chest tightness/ mild pain followed by a moment where I think I’m goinf to pass out but don’t. It’s really weird they last about 10 seconds but it’s such an odd sensation. Has anything ever experienced this.
