Recently, over the last two days my arms have been feeling tired, like feeling shaky but not actually shaking, just a weakness feeling.
I'm not sure if it was better or the same this morning but in the evening I had three cans of diet coke and two cups of tea which probably made it worse.
I haven't been anxious that much over those days apart from the turbulence in that flight three days ago and that's pretty much it.
I've experienced this feeling before my health anxiety started and it went away but now I'm convinced it's something sinister this time.
Any thoughts. Share plz, it would mean a lot to me at this point of time.
