does anyone get this symptom???

i have health anxiety for so many years.. even when i was a little kid i was always worried about my health...
i have so many anxiety symptoms but i will tell you the most weird i get...
whenever i'm scared about my health (mostly at night) i get a wheezy breathing.. i feel like i have mucus in my lungs... i'm sure that i don't have any infection it just appears at that time..
could anxiety cause this??

Hey

I get exactly the same symptom when I’m anxious, in fact I had a lot of mucus in my chest for a while before it shifted. Of course I thought it was worst case scenario but it turned out to be fine. I’m not sure why it happens but I get it a lot.

For sure anxiety causes that symptom. And then you'll focus on your breathing and analyse if its normal which just makes it worse
