I am here to help support anyone struggling or having a rough time. I too went through this same stuff for the past two years. I got very bad and thought there was no end to it. I just wanted to leave this message here (might not be the right place but I feel like it's better here because when I was struggling bad I only read this part of the forum). If anyone needs to talk or pm me feel free. I just want everyone to read this and let it set in.
