Hi all, I’m a 38 year old female. I’m married with two children. I’ve always been a worrier but in the last year or so it’s got out of control. I’m really suffering with health anxiety. I’m hoping you lovely like-minded people will help reassure me. Maybe I can also help you guys Xx
