I will do the same as before..... if you use your logic and tell me why that is completely normal then I will leave the post.... if you just post for reassurance I will delete them.

and you know completely that that is a normal reaction....

I had never heard of that I had to google.

you know it is a normal reflex... now use that logic...

no posting more questions for reassurance on this thread... only logical posts

My right knee has a better reflex than my left, sometimes left doesn't jerk, other times it does. Worried.

Really Helen? Ask yourself this are you a doctor? if answer is no, stop testing yourself.

You can't test your own reflexes.

No, you can't test your own reflexes. The results are invalid, because it's not objective

We did a knee jerk reflex lab in my physiology class and my professor said that some people have more of a reflex there than others. Its not abnormal. I didnt have much of a reflex either and im not worried unless I notice a problem

Some say symmetry is important for reflex, but ive heard too that some are just wired to be asymmetrical. I had one knee kick out and the other didnt....about 18 months ago. Doctor said anxiety. The next two times months later, they were symmetrical and normal.
