Chest worries

Hi please let me know if this is normal for anxiety I have pain we’re my sternum is top part, but when I touch it it hurts does that mean it’s muscle??? Really freaking out about it :(

Hi there I’ve had a constant pain in my sternum for over a week now. It feels like a heartburn pain although I’ve never suffered with it before. I can’t say my chest hurts to touch particularly. I’m also freaking out! X sorry can’t offer you reassurance. Might just be good for you to know you are not alone.
