Bloating, nausea

Been super bloated and on and off nauseous the last week following a bout of constipation. Not sure what is causing this but it’s stressing me out...haven’t felt like eating anything at all....

I’ve been having weird and random symptoms of stuff for a few weeks now, but this is really especially bothering me. Why has this lasted so long? Could it just be a stomach bug?

I’ve been exactly the same plus a dry mouth/thirst, it’s been 4 weeks and my appetite has come back slightly. Went to my GP and blood test was normal,lots of horrible viruses about at the moment x

Hi. I have beeb feeling nauseous daily for around 3 months now. It's horrible and draining. I've lost over a stone because I can't eat enough. It's scary what anxiety can do to your body & the physical symptoms it causes.
I'm afraid I don't have any advice, just know you're not alone.
