So I've had IBS for pretty much 25 years. I have gone through periods of no symptoms but for the last few years I seem to be pretty much constantly suffering!
Does anyone else have nearly constant symptoms with it? Everytime I go to the doctors they just give me more pills to combat cramps, etc but I really want to try and find out what the root cause is.
I know stress and anxiety are big triggers but at the moment my stomach just seems to be uncomfortable all the time.
just wondered if anyone had found anything that works. I think food intolerances have a part to play with mine but not quite sure how to eliminate/find the offending culprits.
Just wanted to know if anyone had been successful if getting there's under control and if so how they did it.
