Really thirsty,on/off pain in right groin/pelvic area,tired

For the past 3 weeks I’ve been really thirsty and sleepy,I’ve also developed an on/off stitch like pain at the bottom of my stomach on the right side. Went to doctors last week, blood tests normal, also I’ve lost my appetite a bit...any ideas?

Hi there,

This sounds like typical anxiety symptoms to me. As long as you keep yourself hydrated then there is no reason to worry. Thirst is something I get quite a lot and I was centered on diabetes but it soon passed. I know its been a few weeks and it's scary but relaxing and self help helps so so much. Take care
