Anxiety ‘flare’

Hello everyone it’s been a while since I have been on but my anxiety has hit an all time low. Suffered with GAD/depression(especially health anxiety) for 7 years now and was doing very good for about a year and a half and around August I started to take multiple panic attacks and funny turns... hello anxiety again! It’s been a hard few months and is taking its toll, at work especially! I’d say I’m pretty close to miserable, waiting on another CBT referral but not very optimistic.

Just looking for some people to chat to and maybe some advice?
