Hey.
Has anyone heard of biotin supplements, I've been taking that for my hair but its also I good for skin.
On the back it says. Contributes to skin and hair pigmentation.
I stopped taking it few months ago as I run out. Haven't used it since but I'm noticing minor pale patches on my forehead. I have a light brown skin. I can only notice it in direct brightness. Doesn't look like the vitilgo photos I've seen online.
Would stopping them cause something like this??
