This morning I uploaded my raw autosomal DNA data to Promethease. I already did this a few of years ago, and found out I have a couple of genetic conditions I need to keep an eye on. (I'm adopted, so I had no clue I had them). Anyway, some time has passed and Promethease has been fine-tuned and updated, and I realised that maybe there are some things there now I don't want to know. Like that I have one of the pathological BRCA mutations. Or an autosomal dominant SNP for early-onset Parkinson's. Or the SOD1 repeat for ALS ...
So I haven't looked yet. Anyone else run their data through Promethease? Anyone regret it?
