Just thought I would say hello

Hi everyone. I'm 28, live in England and have probably worried about every ailment, illness and disease known to man all in the last 6 months! It has taken me a long time to finally accept that I need to get help with my health anxiety, and for me the first step to recovery is signing up to nomorepanic.

I often visit this site for reassurance and read a lot of your posts for support and guidance which has been so important in calming my nerves, so thank you so much. I hope I can give back to the forum as much as I take away from it by offering support and comparing experiences with anxiety.
