Hello all!

Happy New Year!

My work schedule has been changed and now I’ll need to wake up around 5am Mondays through Thursdays. When I know I need to wake up early, I get so much anxiety the night before that I sometimes can’t sleep.


I plan to try to go to sleep early and to lay out my clothes and other stuff tonight, but does anyone have any tips to combat the anxiety?

It’s also very cold at the moment and I hate having to get out to the car in the dark. I’ll be happy when winter is over.

I feel blessed to have the job. It’s just the anxiety about it that’s difficult.
