h Hi everyone sandra here again just wanted to let uz know how much all ur replies have helped me undersand my anxiety more.Didnt realise ther were as many people suffer .often thot i was nuts and probably others thot it to but i think i know now im a norml person just unfortunatly have these dreaded attacks.any way hows uz all feelin this rainy miserable day.LOTS OF LOVE SANDRA XXXXXXX
