allergy and panic

Hi all,

a year ago I started feel myself sick. Often dizzying, hand and legs grewing numb, hart pain, lungs pain, drowsy all the time and really worried bacause of that. After medical examination the only thing my doctor found is an allergy on trees and dust. Never felt that before. Anybody got panic because of allergie?

Mais oui, certainement ! The symptoms of panic and allergy are very similar. Are you taking an anti-histamine ? I'm sure this will help you. Now you know what is causing your symptoms you can manage it

Hi neptuno! thanks for reply. I used to accept anti-histamine and inhaled seretide. It changed my self-feeling but didn't improve it significally. Even more tired of that. Once doctor told me that probably my lungs because of allergic inflamation do not provide enough of oxygene. But prescribed paroxetine instead. Now I have some doubts whther to start accepting them. That's why I'm here actually.
