Im lying in bed feeling that im at an all time low with all these physical symptoms. I started off with a cold water feeling in my arm and my symptoms are now out of control and taking over my life. Right now I have percieved slurred speech, intense burning in head and throat and arm, tight throat, feels like arm weakness (affects writing), feeling of weakness in leg. Been to dr so much had mri blood tests etc and physical neurological examinations always normal. This doesnt make me feel any better tho as feelings always there ( apart from when im asleep). I can not believe this is all anxiety although my dr seems to think so. Ive tried to stay positive etc but how can I when its a daily struggle. Im a nurse and this is really affecting my job and confidence. Please someone help x

Ive tried CBT, I got discharged as she said I was already doing everything she would recommend. I. at a real low point now though. Cant decide if the speech or writing is the worst. Both are crutial for my job so making me panic more. Big hugs hope we all get through this

Eyes felt like they couldn't focus.
Stiff fingers and knees.
Numbness in my feet and hands, more noticeable when laying down.

Pallesthesia or known as pins and needles.
Sensation of some thing stuck in my throat.
Difficulty speaking, unable to remember words.
Tongue twitches.
excessive sweating.
Off balanced when walking.
Difficulty moving fingers.
Difficulty walking, knees felt weak.
Constantly catching Colds and flu like infections.
Sensation of someone stabing me with a needle.
Sleep paralysis about once a month.
Horrible nightmares.
Sensitive to light, light would blind me easily.
Eyes would take longer to adjust to darkness.
Stomach ache and diarrhea for 2 weeks straight.
Headaches that lasted all day.
Fast heart beat and high blood pressure.
Feeling that i was going to faint but never did.
Fatigue.
Going nights without sleeping.
Constantly asking my family members for reassurance.
Difficulty remembering what i did that day.
Heart felt like it was gonna stop.

That's my list of symptoms, probably had more i can't remember.
It's best to stop worrying before you start twitching, that will take like 6 months to go away. Yes anxiety does cause very real symptoms, I was also convinced i had a neurological disease but doctors said no just anxiety and it was all anxiety. It took me over 6 months to recover from all the symptoms i still get some twitching tho
