Back to work, not going as well as I had liked it to.

I’ve come back to work after a long period off sick, was off for almost a year. I’m only doing two days a week to start with, and getting lifts in for those days, but when it comes a time I had to travel in by myself I just don’t know if I’ll cope. Been sat here all day on the verge of a panic attack, difficulty breathing and heavy chested.

I just feel like if I don’t manage it, I’m going to let so many people down as well as myself. Blah.

Sorry just needed to vent.

Hi Howl sorry to hear this, how did you cope while you were off work, and did you get benefits glad you getting back in to it :) Is it far from your house to work, or you drive while you are still getting lifts in to work for the 2 days, why not ( and it would be a baby step) do one of the 2 days travel to work? Just a idea mate :) Don't beat your self up over it you wont be letting any one down, not even your self take care ATB
