Hi everyone, I’m Emily

It’s been almost a year since my panic attacks and anxiety spiralled out of control after losing my mum. And it’s taken me this long to find this forum

I’m currently on 10mg of citalopram a day, though am contemplating going to see the dr in the morning for a review as things are starting to feel out of control again.

I just wanted to say hi and say that I’m so grateful that I finally found somewhere like this xx
