Numbness feeling

Ok so about 20/30 minutes ago I got a feeling in the right side of my head sort of a tension pulling sensation. Lasted 10 seconds then went away.

But now on my right cheek by my lips it feels numb even though it’s not numb as I keep pinching it and I can for sure feel it. It’s a weird sensation like a little heavy and numb. I can’t describe it but I’m freaking a little of it’s a stroke or soon to be stroke.

I’m 27 so not sure on the oddd of a stroke as to be honest it’s never something that has ever worried me before.

Likely muscle tension, I get the same thing. Twitching and vibrating feelings on different parts of my head. I also get electric shock or a kind of numbness in the back of my neck and on my left hand between my index finger and thumb.

Nothing to worry about.

I get it sometimes - it's never been a stroke...

HI thanks all for the replies. The feeling has now completely gone but I have got sinus pains so I’m guessing it was all because of my sinuses being bunged up.
