Hi everybody please can you help. I am new on his site and going through terrible anxiety and panic attacks. My husband died after 2 years suffering from cancer in January and I also lost my beloved dog last week with health. I am on antidepressents for over 40 years but have been recently prescribed diazipan 2mg which help very much. My main worry is that my doctor will stop these whilst I am still having panic attacks. Please help.

Sorry to hear about your struggles, hope this will help

While diazepam can be addictive if taken too often for too long, your doctor will be monitoring you to make sure that doesn't happen. It looks to me that they have considered your circumstances and decided diazepam is the solution for now.

They will not take away the one thing that is helping without a good reason and almost certainly not without an alternative
