Pain in middle of chest

I am wondering if anyone has had chest pain in the middle of the breast comes and goes. It also feels like it goes right through to the back. I am very tight in the shoulders at this time and don't know if that is it. I have had it before but it went away.
Any feedback would be great.

Chest pain is a very common symptom with anxiety but its always best to get it checked out with your GP.

Hi TT,

3 weeks ago I went to A&E with chest pain. They said it was anxiety and I still get twinges now and again. I was also tapering some meds which could have been a contributary factor. I was glad I got it checked out though.
