Headaches and sleep

Hi im new (have introduced myself) and i have been recently diagnosed with anxiety and my main symptoms which are causing me upset is the constent headache which won't go away and the fact I cant sleep and am currently taking sleeping pills which are working but when I have to stop taking them I'm anxious more at night than in the day although I am in the day. I feel detached from myself and have millions of thoughts going through my mind and a constant knot in my stomach.
Anyone with similar situations as mine and how do you cope. I'm also on citalopram which I'm on my 3rd day off.thanks
