Hi everyone,
Ive suffered with health anxiety on and off for twenty years but this episode was triggered by being put on Prozac by a psychiatrist. It's caused extreme anxiety which he countered by prescribing diazepam. I am really struggling with thoughts that there is something wrong with my kidney (I only have one, having donated the other to my daughter 20 years ago). Normally, I have to get up once a night to go to the loo, but since I started the Prozac, which I have now come off, I started sleeping through the night but didn't pee much when I woke. I seem to be peeing normally during the day but any change in my routine freaks me out and I imagine there's something wrong.
