I've had multiple experiences where I've nearly drowned.
I had a dream the other night, it may have been 2 nights ago, where it reminded me of the drowning situations after I'd forgotten and pushed them to the back of my mind. It involved the person in my dream falling into a pool and came with a real feeling of drowning, and since then it's always been a bit harder to breathe. My throat feels narrower, and my lungs feel like they're being pressed. Could this just be anxiety of remembering, consciousness of my breathing, or something unrelated?
