I have posted here about mild headaches that began in July 2011 that intermittently continued for about 5 & 1/2 yrs until about January of 2017 & then it slowed down a lot but didn’t completely disappear. Now recently it’s a tiny up again & I spoke to my dr who is saying it could be mini migraines. Exercise which is not really heavy such as walking seems like it can trigger it at times. Apparently tension headaches are not really bothered by exercise according to what I’ve heard & I’ve also been told exercise doesn’t trigger but can aggravate an already existing migraine. Does anyone know if migraine can be TRIGGERED by exercise & ALSO if tension headaches are triggered or aggravated by exercise. I’m not sure if I’m having MINI migraines or tension headaches. ANY information on this topic asap would be very much appreciated. Thank You

I don't too much about it but I went through a stage when I was doing exercise it would bring on a mild migraine.

I don't know about migraines but I get tension headaches frequently. I find that exercise can make them worse but I am quite unfit so that probably doesn't help.

How do the headaches feel? Mine feels like a line across my forehead that is very tight as though an elastic band were round my head.

I got some good responses on my thread about tension headaches a few days ago. Some of the suggestions included using tiger balm on the shoulders and neck and having some kind of physical therapy/treatment so maybe try some of those and see if it helps?
