Hey everyone,

I’m 33 and from Cambridge uk. I suffer from depression, gad, panick Attacks and elements of ocd. I’m currently going through a really bad time with the anxiety and panick, I’ve felt like I’m going mad for the last week! The psyical sensations are unbearable! I literally wanted sectioning :( today the doc gave me diazepam for immediate relief, it’s working. I have sertraline and Quetiapine as long term meds and will be having more cbt soon. My sertraline has just been upped so fingers crossed they’ll kick in soon.
