Hi all , I’ve suffered all my life with HE. I go though easier times but then it flares up majorly . I’ve pretty much thought I’ve had everything going . Can anyone advise if they have stomach issues from HE? I’ve neber had stomach issues Before other than trapped wind that I suffer with . I however now have loose stools and I’m now to worried to eat . I’ve had a few tests but nothings come up . I feel like I’m

Yes anxiety can deffo cause digestive problems

How do you cope with your HE ? Does anyone have any tips ? It’s taking over my life :( I’m 35 got this far but feel it’s the worst it’s ever been
