Hi everyone.

Im Lucy, 25 from the UK. I have had anxiety problems since I was a kid and I had a really tough past 5 or so years.

Im working with a great therapist and nearly have my anxiety beaten. I never knew about this forum until a friend pointed it out earlier today (Hi Lizzy xx).
