I am cnstantly anxious, i am 71 female, artist writer past musician , only hobbies now. I have medication for depression and stablisers also anti anxiety. We lve i italy and i have not stopped being in a state since we came 14 years ago. The anxiety makes me depressed. I cannot go out alone, have to take drugs to cope. To make th8ngs worse i have had two heart attacks over six years, and have just found out i have leakng aorta, am so scared. I cant be happy ever because life is too worrying for so many reasons.
