Hi. I’m a 24 year old male who has suffered from severe health anxiety on and off over the past several years. When it gets bad it makes life difficult and affects the relationships with the people I love. I hope this forum can give me a place to share my thoughts and learn some coping mechanisms. I was recently prescribed the anti-anxiety medication Fluoxetine to help me cope.
