Hello My name is Ben, im 20 and im new here, I have seen alot of useful posts on this website and thought it may be helpful to join up should i ever feel like asking something, I hope you can help! been battling with MDD, OCD, S.A.D and a Panic Disorder for a long time now and the struggle is very real, knowing im not alone i am hoping i can to my bit to support others here as well as get some advice back! have been in and out of therapy for a while however a few months into it again its a long road ahead but im hopeful
