Returning after 10 years!

Hello All,
I last posted in 2008!
I have suffered from anxiety and insomnia since about 2000. I took Seroxat for 6 years, tapered off that and onto Trimipramine, which I have been taking ever since. I am now tapering off Trimipramine, and have taken 7 months to go down from 200mg to 50mg. I am hoping to be able to cope without medication, but only time will tell. Also I have been taking Zopiclone for 18 years!
