Severe anxiety sufferer here.
I usually suffer with the rocking on a boat dizziness but last night, I was trying to get to sleep and all of a sudden it felt as if the room was spinning. ( Ive had this before after too many drinkiepoos in my younger years :blush:. I havent touched a drop of alcohol in 2 years now).
I turned over in bed and it happened lying on the other side.
Any ideas?
