chest discomfort back again

Hi guys
this used to be my worst symptom and now its back again
I went to the gym a couple weeks ago for the first time in like a year and ive been sleeping on the sofa for a few weeks so the top of my back is aching really bad and i got a dull ache in my chest again
anyone else get this

Yes.

I am having bad back aches because of a shitty mattress I bought recently, and on top of that i have an ache on my chest on the right side (like a burning feeling) inside where my lung would be...and it feels like it radiates to my back as well... ugh not fun at all
