Primarily Obsessional Sufferer

Good Evening

My name is Ryan and i'm having a hard time at the moment.
I was diagnosed with Primarily Obsessional OCD in January of 2008 and was placed on medication and given CBT.

Recently in August 2017 my symptoms returned and worsened and I am now on the following medication

> Seroxat/Paroxetine 60mg Once Daily
> Pregabalin 150mg Twice Daily
> Olanzapine 10mg Once Daily (Evening)

I often feel like im about to have a panic attack at any given moment and have started to avoid driving, going out etc, maybe I am now agoraphobic.
I sleep but I dont feel rested.
My wife and I separated over new year and I am now also dealing with depression.

Hi Ryan Sorry to hear you have had a relapse they are never good but can help you get stronger and there is always hope for a better life you may not see that now but it will get better :) welcome aboard to NMP ATB
