my health OCD has been pretty crazy lately. Anyone want to try an accountability exercise for the next month or so?

--trying to stop seeking reassurance
--doing things that scare us (in my case, meeting new people, say, or making phone calls)
--getting care for things that are real instead of catastrophizing (admittedly this one is harder to determine sometimes)

We could also promise to omit details if we thought they'd be triggering-in my case I'd like to occasionally just say "I did this concrete thing instead of sitting at home ruminating about my demise" and even that might help.
