Dull ache in pubic bone, please help.

Hi all,

3 weeks ago I noticed I had a dull, constant ache in the center of my pubic bone. I have been to doctors/ERs who did a abdomen pelvis cat scan, which came back normal and blood/urine tests which were ok. The thing is no medication seems to be helping it, and the dull pain around my pubic bone below my waistline doesnt seem to go away ever. My doctor ordered a bone scan cuz parts of the pubic bone were tender. I am a 20 year old male and am worried I have bone cancer in the pubic bone. Could anyone please help me? Would bone sarcomas come up in a CT scan? Thank you.

Yes it would show up in a CAT scan so it's not that.

If you have any urinary symptoms it could be related to the pressure feeling over the pubic bone.

Urinary symptoms arent present. Good to hear that it would show up on CAT scan thanks. It is unlikely to be the end of colon since I have no abnormal bowel symptoms right? Wondering what is the most likely cause as it has been annoying to deal with
