I have always been warm, I wear t-shirts in winter, I never owned a jumper/sweater and generally prefer warm to cold. I don't have any thyroid problems (have been tested) and I haven't had any major weight loss or gain recently and physically my health is pretty much constant.
I think since my anxiety peaked I can not tolerate cold at all. I now wear 4 layers of clothing when walking to work and in worst cases I end up wearing a t-shirt, shirt and jumper to bed, with a winter douvet and central heating on.
Does anyone else have similar experiences with cold or is it just me ?
