Hello everyone.

To start with, I'm a 19 years old boy currently studying in Australia. I live alone.

Everything started in the beginning of May when I was still in Australia. I was paying 200% attention to my essay because it's so important to me. I gave all the time up for relaxation with friends for a week for the essay. However afterwards, I got a baterial conjuntivitis. I applied the eyedrops and it didn't do very well. And at the same time, I felt my hands and feet were cold. So I told the doctor. But the doctor said "it's just you imagining".

During that time, I've been looking in the web for all information about eye illnesses.

I was so frustrated and I had consulted the doctor for 5 times a week. I felt my body was very very weak. My mum even had to come over and took care of me.

When I got back in Hong Kong at the end of May, I consulted my GP and he said my body temperature is a bit high (but not to the point of a fever though). He gave me some medicine. However the medicine didn't really work.

I did a body check afterwards and it shows that my body is perfectly fine.

As for my eyes, I consulted a specialist. He said my eyes are healthy as fine, even though there's increased white discharge from eyelids.

(The following paragraph is about guy's problem. Read as you wish.)
However 5 days ago, I realise there's a redding on the foreskin of the penis. My GP gave me an oilment to apply. I felt my stomach didn't feel very well as well, so my GP gave me some pills for gassy stomach. However, after application, the redding got worse. There's some discharge coming out and the GP did not know why as well. After that I consulted another doctor, he gave me another oilment, along with some pills. However uptil today, it didn't really get any better. I never have sexual contacts before. However, I still wanna do a blood test.

As for now I burp quite frequently and don't really have much energy to do anything. I also have stiff shoulders and do not sleep well. Sometimes when I calm down, I feel much better. I'm constantly worried about dying and everything has gone wrong with my body, so I keep on looking on the net for possible causes and symptoms, which makes me more worried. Moreover, I have been taking the pills for almost a month, which makes me physically and emotionally sick... I'm very upset..

I don't want to waste my mum's money anymore for doctors, because she's obviously quite depressed over how much money has spent over all this medical stuff... (>_<)

According to my family, my grandfather didn't take good care of himself and hyginen. That's why he passed away last year. It might be the trigger why I became over-worried...

What should I do?

Hi Kazuya,

A big warm welcome to you.

Sounds to me you have a touch of health anxiety which is very common here at nmp. Please do not browse the net for answers as I've been there done that as has many others here and it only makes us worry more. You will get plenty of advice and support from everyone here and it's great knowing we are not alone with our anxietys. xx
