Hello,

I´m Giovanni and Im from Holland. For several years I have severe health anxiety. I had therapy last year by a psychologist but I still have some issues.

I hope that the forum will help me to manage my HA :). The best advice in years: Don´t use Google for searching symptoms and start reading something you like.
