Hi everyone!

I’m new here and just wanted to say, well . . . hello! :)

I’ve had a panic disorder all my life. While I’ve certainly struggled to the point of agoraphobia, I usually manage to have a pretty full life, despite a worry-prone mind.

I have a PhD in English Literature and like to travel when I’m feeling calm. Haven’t had the greatest year, but feel like I’m coming out of it. I’m planning on travelling south for vacation next month and am apprehensive about the flight and time away, as I haven’t travelled in a few years. :unsure:

Looking forward to being part of this community of folks with similar issues. :yesyes:
