Bone worries again.

So I've been having a bad day health anxiety wise and it has gotten worse.

Earlier the dog stood on the back of my ankle briefly and it really hurt, still hurts like a stratch thanks to her claws but i not long ago took a shower and decided to keep my socks off and what do you know i have a little ball bone on my ankle sort of sticking out more on it than the other.

Is to possible a dog can break your bone standing on it briefly? She's only a wee 1 year old pup but i'm still worked up about it :weep:

For all i know it could of been like that for a while but i get so forgetful and only think the same thing.

I'm just worried most about it suddenly protruding out the skin but i don't think its likely, I've been moving around and had a shower so it all seems good x
