Morning, everyone.
So this month I’ve felt like I’ve been kicking anxiety’s backside, which I’m overjoyed about! However, for the last ten days or so I’ve been feeling on and off coldy, body aches, sore throat etc. Since Sunday however I’ve had this headache, Sunday was the worst Android since then it’s just been in the background, aching shoulders and back, sore temples and a dull pressure kind of feeling. I’ve always been a headache sufferer but for some reason I’m struggling to rationalise it! I’m back at work today and can’t stop worrying about it getting bad during my shift. My brother in law and mother have both been struck down with similar symptoms. Has anyone been feeling like this recently?
