Yep! All the time, feel like I need matchsticks for my eyes and sometimes struggle to get sentences out my brain is so cloudy. Also get depersonalisation which is just god awful. Being on high alert all the time is difficult and tiring for our bodies! Xx

Yes, I feel so sleepy and like I'm in a constant fog. I started new medication so that could be a contributing factor. I am constantly forgetting my words to. It's scary, but it's a common anxiety symptom.
